Ordered a refrigerator shelf
Ordered a refrigerator shelf, paid an extra 25 dollars for 2 day shipping, still have not received the shelf its been 2 weeks.

Worst customer service I've ever…
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been trying for months to get a response to emails or phone calls. No one answers phone. Just wanted to return a part and am now out of pocket $145 because I couldn't return. Really awful company I wish someone else sold the part I needed so I wouldn't have to give them any more money.

Paid for 2 day air shipping on the 27th…
Paid for 2 day air shipping on the 27th of June and it’s July 6th and still no product has been shipped or filled

Really sorry for the confusion there, Tanner. Your order happens to be a special order product with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. There are order notes that we have been trying to reach you to see if you still want us to ship it 2nd day air when it arrives. If not, we can refund shipping. If so, just know that the order has been placed and will take a little more time for us to receive on your behalf.

Placed an order 0n 9/6 was billed on…
Placed an order 0n 9/6 was billed on 16/6 I contacted the company 2 times no response back and no part yet. Lots of places to get the part in 2 days

7.50 cent for shipping 2 to five days…
7.50 cent for shipping 2 to five days trying to get tracking information on it. USPS dont tell you anything at all. Probably not the companys fault. Need tis part to fix fridge. Just frustrated.
