Part arrived on time. The box was badly beaten in transit to us but the part worked great and fixed our problem.

This replacement product was almost identical to my old one, which made it easy to install. However the product was four days late in receiving it.

The part was correct and works great. Packaging needs a bit of improvement. The ESD bag meant to protect the component was not taped shut and by the time it got to us, it was just lying in the box not doing its job. Other than that, a great experience. I give the experience 4 1/2 stars.

I ordered two extra door shelves for my RV frig. Despite the description they did not fit. I called and was told to send them back for a refund. Less 20%. Then they told me the right shelf to order. I ordered one to be sure it fit. This it was the correct fit. But for the first order, where I paid $59 before shipping, they only refunded me for one returned shelf....$23!

Quiqkly received the unit however the packaging could be improved since the box received was in rough shape. Unit seems undamaged… Thanks

Great service and good pricing My only hesitance is that i felt too rushed during ordering as i was getting confused with the part numbering and compatibility discrepancies

Process of ordering was quick and easy. I would have liked a better way to track my order though.

Overall good experience,good website with helpful troubleshooting tips .only bad thing was the suprise that my part was not in stock and had to be special ordered.if I had known,I probably would have looked for one locally.Still,in the end I’ll be happy to have my fridge working again
