I highly recommend purchasing instruments from TNAG. Kim was honest and forthcoming about the condition of the instrument, offered a fair price, and made sure I would get it before a snow storm arrived.  Dropping a few thousand dollars for an instrument you've never played and having it shipped across the country is inherently worrisome, but you can trust TNAG to make this process work as best as possible. I love my new mandolin.

TNAG--can't believe I only recently discovered this guitar Mecca. I'd actually been looking for a Goodall Parlor guitar and the pandemic curtailed (obviously) any ability to travel to where the guitars might be. But upon seeing one online at North American Guitar, I inquired about the process to try one out via shipping -- it could not have been easier. The staff's knowledge of all things guitar-related was and is exceptional. When considering a sizable purchase like this, having confidence in the folks on the other end of the line makes all the difference.
