Excellent, friendly service!

Excellent product with good service dispite not receiving my first choice top and not receiving a free set of strings as a good will gesture. That said guitar is a fine example of workmanship.

Great value quality guitars. Have had four guitars from North American Guitars and they have all been superb. Last one was a bit slow to dispatch but one call and it arrived the next day. Would definitely use again.

The guitar I purchased was not a high end one, and it was listed in TNAG’s sale pages. I did not get a chance to play it before buying, so I went by the video reviews, and how it compared to what was totally right for my ears and style of play. Despite all that, the service received, the care with the guitar, communications and courtesy were all top notch. The reviews and recording quality for Avian guitars were absolutely accurate. I now hold in my hands a baritone guitar that melts my heart strings every time I play it. I cannot thank TNAG enough.
