Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're so glad you love your bag, and that "unique, beautiful" is how it turned out for you. Choosing this as a Christmas gift for your local public librarian is such a lovely idea – she sounds lucky to have someone who thought of her this way. We hope it brings her just as much joy as you're feeling right now. We appreciate your patience with the delivery time, too. Because every piece is personalized and handcrafted just for you, production takes a bit longer than off-the-shelf items – but it means so much to hear that it was worth the wait. ✨ Thank you for choosing TheNoteBags! We hope your librarian loves it as much as you do. 📖

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, JoAnn! An author carrying her own novels "shelf-style," complete with an inkwell and quill pen – we genuinely could not have imagined a more perfect customer for this design. There's something wonderful about watching your own imagination come back to you on something you carry every day. We love that it turned out exactly as you pictured, right down to the quality, and that the free wallet made it even sweeter. Thank you for letting us be part of celebrating your work this way. ✨ Thank you for choosing TheNoteBags, JoAnn – we hope that purse gets you plenty of questions about your "novels on a shelf"! 📖

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Julie! We're delighted that your purse is well made and exactly as described – that's always our goal. Your note about sizing is genuinely helpful. Choosing between the small and medium can be tricky when you're also fitting in a wallet you love, and it sounds like the medium would have given you a bit more breathing room for everything you carry. We'll keep this in mind as we think about how to make size guidance clearer for future shoppers. We truly appreciate you sharing both your kind words and this honest feedback. And we have no doubt you're right about those compliments coming your way soon! Thank you for choosing TheNoteBags, Julie!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Carolyn! We're thrilled that your bag, wallet, and bookmark all arrived beautifully – and that you're excited to show your new bookish swag to the world. Get ready for some conversations. We appreciate your patience with the delivery time. Because each piece is personalized and handcrafted just for you, production does take a bit longer than off-the-shelf items – but we know that waiting is never the fun part, and we're always working to tighten that timeline. We're so glad Rosalie was able to keep you informed along the way and make the experience a smooth one. She'll love reading this. Thank you for choosing TheNoteBags, Carolyn – we hope every time you carry that set out, it sparks exactly the kind of joy you're already feeling. ✨

Dear Kathy, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of quality we aim to deliver, and we understand how disappointing it must be – especially when you were counting on this bag for your trip. The issues you described with the material and the handles are very concerning to us. You should feel confident carrying your bag, not worried about whether it will hold up. That's not the experience we want for any of our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the bag, particularly the handles. We will review this carefully and make it right for you, whether that means a replacement or another appropriate resolution. We hope your trip is wonderful, Kathy — and we'd genuinely like the chance to make sure you have a bag you can trust for it. Best regards, Elaine M. Founder of TheNoteBags
