The package was on the ground by the mailbox. Never had that happen in previous orders. When I got the email that it had been delivered I went looking for it with my flashlight since it wasn’t at either door and that’s where I found it.

The customer service for petlab company are lacking. When you call their phone # while you are waiting for someone to pick up, the phone is disconnected. When you email the company noone responds back. When you have the company hold your call in line, they never call. They sent the package to the wrong street and now we cant get anyone to contact us back.

I received an order that I didn’t request. I requested that all my orders be put on HOLD since I will not be at my address. I will let you know when and where my orders will be continued when I have a new address.
