Delivered in a timely manner. Wish it had been placed in the secure delivery box on the front porch instead of laying it in front of the door.

The package was delivered to wrong address. We have to go to the address where it was delivered but it took 4 days before we got it back from that neighbor and the package was already opened.
Response from PetLabCo.· Nov 21, 2025
Hi Salve, We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you went through just to retrieve your package, and with it being opened by the time you got it back. It looks like your most recent order was shipped to the same address we have on file. You’ll hear from someone on our Customer Experience team shortly — they’ll make sure this is taken care of. We appreciate your cooperation and patience. Best regards, PetLabCo.

Response from PetLabCo.· Nov 21, 2025
Hi Alejandro, We’re sorry for the mix-up. We checked your orders, and it shows that your Wild Caught Salmon Bites are currently in transit, and the order that was recently delivered was actually for your Probiotic Chews. A member of our team will be reaching out shortly to assist and provide more information. We truly appreciate your patience. Warm regards, PetLabCo.
