Unfortunately my pup is a VERY picky eater. I switched from farmers dog to pets table, in the hopes he would like it and eat on his own (like most other dogs lol). However, he’s still not interested. That being said, he definitely has a preference for the dry food which already places it above the farmers dog. I love that it’s healthy for him and even though he still gives me a problem eating it, he needs to eat and I want him to eat healthy so I’ll continue on with it.

My dog absolutely loves this food! I ran out 1 day before my first order after the trial and had to feed him “regular kibble”. He looked at me, looked at his bowl and walked away 🤣

Good packaging for shipping

The quality of the food was not the issue. My dog loves this food! However, this company does not make it easy to adjust delivery frequency. You cannot select whenever you would like the frequency to be, as there are only 1-2 options and they tend to be too frequent, esp if you are only using the food as a topper. When I called customer service the first time to move the next delivery date out, she walked me through how to do it in my account. Again, there was only a certain max I could move it out. You cannot select your own time. She never told me that the next one will still come in 3 more weeks. The next thing I know, I have an email saying your delivery is on it's way, not "we're preparing your next delivery" so you have a chance to adjust if it's too soon. Then when I called again to see about gettting, at least a refund, since was the reason I called the first time, they said they could not issue a refund. Absurd! I have never dealt with such an inflexible company. There are plenty of companies that bend over backwards for their customers. Perhaps, The Pets Table should learn a thing or two about good customer service from Chewy or The Farmer's Dog.....which is where I will be taking my business.

Terrible customer service. I was missing 2 weeks worth of food in my most recent delivery. When I complained they told me they could not replace the food because there were “no local vendors” and offered 25 dollars credit. What a joke. I had to complain more only to get it increased to 88 dollars credit which still did not cover the missing food. I canceled our subscription after being loyal customers for a year.

Do not like the fresh packaging. Dexter likes the fresh food pretty well. Shipping days are too limited The second box came late and was in terrible condition and the ends of the fresh food was starting to be squishy.

I love everything about The Pets Table from ordering the 1s time it was simple and easy with the questions they ask. The delivery is right to my front door! My dog LOVES the food and it's great for him too health-wise! And It's so easy to feed him and it's not messy, like some of the other dog foods out there. I will be using The Pets Table for my fur-baby for a longtime to come as the price is right too!
