Therapet has helped all 3 of our dogs, ages 3, 5, and 12, to get along better and to behave more calmly around the house. Our youngest dog suffers PTSD - her previous owner had left her for dead in a too small cage in a vacant apartment. She was only a few months old. Our local animal control picked her up, all of the medical checks were done, and when they gave her a clean bill of health, I adopted her. We've had her more than 2-1/2 years. She was easily frightened by everything around her but has slowly improved. She's still occasionally nervous, but I think Therapet has helped her calm down. She likes to sleep on the waterbed at night with her head toward toward the duck - and she's become much calmer over these 2-1/2 years. She's not totally over her fears, but she's far better. I've said all that to add a thank you for offering the 3rd Diffuser - I'll now own 5 and will cover the whole house. We are really working to get her fully adapted and calmed down and the added diffuser will surely help. Thank you!

I did not notice any change in my cats behavior. I canceled my subscription on the day it was set to be shipped and although canceled at 12am I was told the item already shipped 10 mins later???? Then I emailed CS for return assistance and was told I had to wait to receive the unwanted items and then return them. I received them 8 days later when I reached out for return instructions and an address I kept getting emails that did not address my concerns. To date still no refund or instructions on were to return the items. Had to dispute with my cc company and wait for them to process the refund. DO NOT BUY!!! DOESNT WORK. MAY AS WELL BE WATER IN THE DIFFUSER.

Product is as advertised. Ordering was super easy and convenient. And it came fairly quickly. My first BIG test will be middle of June when I spend 3 weeks at a family member's house after surgery. The two cats will stay full-time in a large bedroom, and usually hide when we're there for 3 days! (And the little duck is cute!)

These diffusers are great. My little Monkey used to be scared of her own breath! Now she comes up to me all the time and actually sits with me. And no more fighting with my other cat Soya, who is also much more chilled, and super affectionate. Thera Pet has really made a difference to my guys. Only downside is you have to replace them every month, but the price is fairly reasonable I guess.

I switched from another product to Therapet and immediately saw a difference my household. It was much calmer and quieter. I liked the soft blue light on the unit also. There was no noticeable smell, and they seemed to last a bit longer than the other brand.

Second time ordering. Very happy with results in my home. No more daily cleanup.
