EVERY single time I've called for support a real live person (with English as a 1st language) was able to efficiently answer ALL questions and sometimes use remote access to fix the issue for me!! Most recent call was regarding PCI Compliance. Within minutes, all was solved! I didn"/ catch the lady's name that helped me, but make sure you keep her!! So grateful!!

TherapyNotes customer service is always top notch. On my most recent call there was an unusual issue and the rep (Megan H) was incredibly patient and efficient about figuring it out. She (and all of them that I have dealt with) was friendly throughout the call and followed up to make sure it was resolved. The issue I was having was with compliance for credit card processing and she was even able to get me refunded for a non-compliance fee that she felt should not have been charged.
