I have used Therapy Notes for over 4 years, as a psychotherapist, a biller, and a practice manager. Therapy Notes is a quality, highly functional EHR (electronic health record) with equally qualified, highly functional technicians and support staff. As an example, today, on a Sunday, I requested support for an accounting issue (a learning curve on my end). Within hours, on a Sunday, I received a response to my specific issue. The response was clear, concise, and friendly...and my challenge was resolved. I regularly and highly recommend Therapy Notes!

I’ve been with Therapy Notes for 3 years and have never thought about leaving them! Their customer service is top-notch and they’re constantly doing maintenance and updates to the system. They’re super helpful and respond to any issues in a timely manner. They’re financially affordable and have a great telehealth platform. I love all the assessments and the outcome measurements and heavily rely on the appointment reminders. Amazing EHR!

This EHR has everything essential (and non-essential convenience perks) that a psychologist needs to practice efficient and ethically. But, above and beyond the intuitive, HIPAA complaint platform at a low cost is the unsurpassed customer service. Every time I call, I’ve gotten a pleasant and knowledgeable person!

This EHR is great and could use some improvements as well. I like how streamlined the service is and how responsive the support team is. I also love the extensive library of assessment tools! A few things I would for them to add: 1) Greater customization of the Progress Notes. It takes me so long to fill this template out and I think a lot of it is redundant. 2) It would be amazing if they came out with an app for IOS. I would love to be able to use it on my iPad and fill in the progress notes with my Apple Pencil. I believe Simple Practice has implemented this feature.

Em has gone above and beyond with keeping our office informed of the latest solutions to a glitch within screen sizes. She consistently provided up to date information, follow thru, and knowledge while the system was updating. Because of her, I was able to do my job with better understanding. She deserves an round of applause! Thank you!

The integration of the TN billing system is so user-friendly -- I've managed to stay present with my clients in every session, everyday and quickly complete all notes and billing before leaving the office for the evening!

Me parece una plataforma fácil de usar pero muy practica, me gusta que tiene los 30 días de prueba gratis para poder decidir si nos subscribimos o no pero honestamente si vale la pena inscribirse a algún plan mensual y checar las funciones con cobro extra, la recomiendo y le doy 5 estrellas.

Short wait time and they always answer my questions, no complaints.
