Although you may have to wait 1-5 minutes to talk to someone, you know it will be worth it because the staff is always friendly and wanting to help. I recently set up a new practice, and was familiar with Therapy Notes from a previous practice. Their support team has been wonderful in assisting me with this entire process. It's worth noting that their e-prescribe feature is one of the most reliable I've used, and I am familiar with several other charting systems. That was the biggest selling point in choosing them for my new practice. Special shout out to Tilly in support who has helped me set up my e-prescribe feature after I had a few questions.

Great Customer Service! Melissa is great to work with. She helped me navigate the system and when something is not available took the time to listen and write down my suggestions. I really felt like my concerns mattered and seen them make improvements to the system which I am thrilled about.
