I was not able to figure out how to get a second parent the ability to sign docs through Therapy Notes' portal. When I called the person who responded was professional and knowledgeable and was able to help me in under five minutes. I followed her instructions and was able to complete the task quickly and easily. I had been struggling to figure this out and she was very kind and helpful.

I have consistently received very clear, helpful guidance from the Therapy Notes support staff. My most recent dilemma involved billing using a complex Add On code. The support person replied to my email on a Sunday! I was able to quickly resolve the issue on Monday morning.

It is hard to find anymore to have service that you can count on because things do happen.
