My informed opinion is that Therapy Notes is a highly intuitive program that "works" for the busy clinician. Very effective! Now the support staff. You have obviously committed to a very high standard of support for your consumers. In my opinion, this makes a critical difference for the utility of the product. So, having looked closely at competitive products, my opinion is you need to look no further than TherapyNotes to identify the best product with superior support.

Really impressed so far! I'm a new customer to TherapyNotes and, so far, I'm really pleased with the customer service. Everyone has been kind, supportive, and genuinely interested in helping. They also get back to you in a very timely manner. It's fairly user-friendly, and if something doesn't automatically make sense, you can get an actual person on the phone to help you figure it out. I'd definitely recommend them for EMD and telehealth services.

The TherapyNotes software is super easy to use, especially for those of us who do not have a background in billing. The support staff at TherapyNotes are awesome!
