I enthusiastically recommend this to anyone. It has really assisted me with my anxiety and panic problems. I now feel able to be out in crowded places and unfamiliar settings with the support and material I have found on therapynotes. TherapyNotes is a wonderful program!! I would absolutely recommend this to any provider. It is extremely easy to use, has many features that make your work easier and the support staff are incredibly friendly and helpful if you ever have a question. I use TherapyNotes to manage six different counselor's scheduling and billing. I feel that my job is simplified thanks to this program. There have been a few glitches in the past or things that don't seem to make sense, but whenever I call the support team, they are very quick to answer my questions, solve issues and help me on my way. It is easy to get a hold of them and they are very friendly. If you don't use TherapyNotes in your office, you should consider it!

I had some trouble with the enrollment process initially but Jordan was able to help and was committed to helping fix any issues so that I was reimbursed and the software worked flawlessly. I appreciated the assistance and that he went above and beyond. Therapy notes is a user friendly software that helps guide you through the process of insurance requirements, and also keeps you organized for a new or seasoned practitioner.
