Best EHR platform for Therapy. Their Customer Service responsiveness is SUPERIOR and the system is intuitive to learn. I love that they are typically making updates that are actually upgrades instead of downgrades. The integrated assessments are useful and they offer so many! You can even track your client's changes over time. It has made my practice TRULY paperless. I've been using them for almost 10 years now and once tried that other platform and came back within 6 months. I love that you can call and speak to a person nearly 24/7 (and they communicate well when they will not be available.) Sunday at 7 pm? YEP! They will have a live body there to help you navigate any challenge that comes up! Then they will send a follow up email written by a human about what was covered and steps to take. They also have taken requests for future updates. I was tickled when something small that I asked for was included in an update like 2 months later.

Honestly, we're just getting started. But first the tool is simply very intuitive and easy to use. The people have been great, and the support is very available, and US-based (read: speak English clearly). I spent 1/2 asking Q's and getting answers, and got great follow up. Definitely, so far so good.

Not designed for medical professionals! I've been working with TherapyNotes as a PMHNP for several years now. The electronic prescribing integration has been extremely disappointing, with frequent lag, undependable refill request alerts, and what appears to be a complete lack of beta testing previous to update rollouts. If you're a therapist I'm sure it works great, but there's a reason it isn't called MedicalNotes. Also the telehealth integration is laggy, glitchy, and I'm still using Zoom despite our group paying for the telehealth add-on.

The call representative was outstanding. I was in the midst of a tech frustration melt down complete with migraine but she was so patient, competent and encouraging. It was the first call I had ever had to make, the system is so easy to use, and I really appreciated how I was helped so well.

Had a great experience with Therapy Portal Support! They helped me fix a glitch where clients were receiving too many forms at once. We discovered that the 'Good Faith Estimate' and 'Audit Assessment' forms were set to send automatically. The tech showed me how to switch them to 'Shareable on Demand' and helped me double-check our staff access levels. Everything is working perfectly now!
