I have been very pleased by TherapyNotes, having used it for several years in my private practice. I am able to bill electronically, as well as print out super bills or 1500 forms. I find the program templates intuitive, and easy to use. It keeps me on task to update treatment plans, catches small errors that can cause big problems like a missed period in a diagnostic code, and keeps client contact information easily accessible. But for me the best part is that the support staff is endlessly patient, and if you hit a glitch (rare) or just need them to walk you through some process you have forgotten how to do (more often why I call) they explain the best option, or the easiest way to use the system to meet your goals. Top notch customer service every time I call!

Great customer service! I can always get help if I need it. The customer success team members are friendly. They communicate clearly in a way I understand. Then they send me a summary of our conversation so I can review when I have time.

I had been submitting claims to my payers on HCFA 1500 forms. Once I moved over to Therapy Notes, the claims filing process is so much quicker and easier! I also really appreciate the automatic text message appointment reminders that I send out for 14 cents each. It has reduced my no-shows significantly. Lastly, while there was a decent sized learning curve on this user interface, the Therapy Notes support team took all the time I needed to get all of my questions answered. I have been a practitioner in private practice and an administrator in various programs for about 45 years. I am now in solo private practice and wanted a software that would do it all - history, notes, treatment plans, billing. Although I haven’t quite figured billing out yet, I’m now ready to tackle it. If their support for billing is anything like there support for everything else, this is going to be a cakewalk. My only complaint is that there is no “auto-save” when creating documents. More than once I am in the middle of taking a history, and my patient takes a side path - by the time I look down, I’m being asked to log in again - and all my work on that page - I mean ALL my work - is gone. Fixing that would make this a 5+ stars for me

Therapy Notes is easy, reliable, consistent, reasonable cost. Love it....
