Very user friendly program and the customer service representatives and very courteous and helpful.

I have been using this program for three years now. I love it. It has really made my work life so much easier. The support staff is very responsive on the very few occasions when I have had a question. Don't know how I survived without it!

At the moment, I am a therapist working by myself in a private practice. Therapy notes has been easy to learn and its focus is just what I needed. Other packages I looked at were too complex and had features I did not need.

I started using TherapyNotes for my highly mobile Therapeutic Consultation practice a year and a half ago after researching many other web-based practice software and using several of them in other practices. TherapyNotes is the best at accessibility, uninterrupted functionality, and cost for service.

I like therapynotes very much because I can use one site to handle most of my practice needs. Easy to use and practical for my office.

TherapyNotes, LLC has been a great add on to my practice. It keeps me up to date with my notes and without having to review for various reasons such as 90 days, etc., it reminds me and gives me more time with my patients versus looking through charts for various dates.
