I made an order on the 25th of March, I was informed that I would get it in 7 Days, Its now the 4th of April 2025 and I have not any form of communication from them regarding the delivery of my order. So Disappointed shem

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I placed an order on 28 March 2025 and still got no email regarding my delivery. I’ve sent follow up emails and got no response. This is unacceptable. Please do not purchase from them because they are not reliable! #angrycustomer

Never shipped out my order. When I reached out to support, I never received a response. I received a request to review via Trustpilot before receiving a response from their team.

I never received my order #11257. I am trying to Email them. My Email is not going through. There is no clear instruction how to reach them. All I want from them is to reach out to me and take care of the issue either send the product or refund my money. Thank you!

The product is excellent. THE PROBLEM HERE WITH YOUR COMPANY IS THAT IT TOOK YOUR COMPANY SO LONG TO GET BSCK TO ME. I NEEDED A NEW CHARGING CORD. FINALLY SOMEONE GOT BACK TO ME. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE CORD $9.98. It’s BEEN OVER A MONTH AND A HALF. I CALLED THE NUMBER TO YOUR COMPANY. NO ANSWER. I JUST WANT MY CORD NOW!!!
