I've been waiting for my money for 3 weeks already but nothing!! Support has been strangely unavailable recently and when you have it all it can say is that the transaction will happen soon. In their General Conditions they announce that it takes 4 days maximum but they are liars! Avoid!! Exchange: 21E146C795EEB905A275

I'm disappointed with the Redbourne Group's limited payment options. They only offer direct debit and credit card payments through their so-called payment method, "redPAY," which is quite frustrating. For a company that considers itself a payment protocol, they severely lack flexibility by not offering more accessible options like debit card payments without surcharges. I don’t see them becoming a reliable payment gateway if they can't even accommodate basic, user-friendly methods that most businesses accept.
