I opened it
I opened it, twisted it up to look at it and the tip of my chapstick had been broken and put back on there

Hey Mackenzie these chapsticks are made in house by hand using gloves and sanitation protocols of course and without the use of heavy machinery. So if it looked like it was pushed in by human hands and hand tools and not by machinery that’s because it was.
