Great Support and Coaching Throughout the Negotiation
Brandon was incredibly helpful throughout my compensation negotiation process. He not only helped me with the negotiation itself, but also coached me on how to approach the conversations and prepare for different questions I might be asked.
He did a great job educating me on what to expect, how to respond confidently, and how to communicate my value effectively. The whole experience was a great learning opportunity for me, and I feel much more confident about having compensation conversations in the future.
I really appreciated Brandon’s guidance and support throughout the process. His coaching made a significant difference in my negotiation, and I would highly recommend working with him.

Job Offer Course Purchase
Purchased the course. Simple, easy, well structured, actionable. Felt very well prepared to enter my negotiations. Company came back offering me more than the data backed information I was using and offered a higher title. Was very happy with the guidance this course provided and recommend it to all those looking for new jobs. If you're trying to negotiate a higher pay in your existing role, I would feel confident purchasing this course as well.

Mixed Experience
I worked with Brandon for compensation negotiation coaching and had a mixed experience.
A few years ago I had worked with a salary negotiator to negotiate competing FAANG offers and so I was looking forward to Brandon's hands-on approach as I looked to make another job change.
On the positive side, he was responsive, structured, and provided clear frameworks for thinking through offers and communication. There is value in having someone help organize the process, especially early on.
However, in my case, several pieces of guidance at key decision points ended up being misaligned with how things actually played out. I was advised not to use a competing opportunity as leverage early in the process, which I later did independently and it materially improved my offer. I was also advised that a delayed start date with planned family leave shortly after would not be feasible, but both companies I was working with were ultimately supportive of that timeline.
Additionally, during the counter-offer stage, the suggested pacing and approach - particularly given a slow-moving recruiter - made the process more difficult than it needed to be, and I ultimately took a different approach there as well.
Overall, the guidance felt more conservative and risk-averse than what was effective in my situation. While the service may be helpful for some, especially those who prefer a structured and cautious approach, it didn't fully align with my goals at the most critical moments.
Given the cost of the service, I expected more accurate and situation-aware guidance at key decision points.

I appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to provide additional context on how I approach negotiations.
My coaching approach is built on hundreds of successful negotiations and real compensation data - it's designed to be strategic based on salary negotiation strategies that actually work. One thing I'll always be upfront about, and that is specific to this experience, is that I will never advise a client to share an offer they don't have. That's a firm ethical line for me regardless of what a client believes might move the needle and every client I work with should know that going in.
Throughout any coaching engagement, my clients are always free to choose the direction they want to take with their negotiation - even when it's against what I advise and far beyond what the compensation data shows. My role in those cases is to outline potential risks and tradeoffs. That way they always have a clear picture of the pros and cons before making their decision.
Wishing you nothing but success moving forward.

Advice that made a real difference
I had a very good experience working with Brandon during my offer negotiation. What I appreciated most was that his advice was not generic at all. He took the time to understand my situation, explain the tradeoffs clearly, and help me build a strategy that felt thoughtful and realistic.
He was especially helpful in breaking down the full compensation package, including base salary, bonus, equity, and long-term refresh potential, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. After following his advice, I ended up receiving a significant increase to my offer, so the value was very clear.
Beyond the financial outcome, Brandon also helped me feel much more confident going into each conversation. He was responsive, sharp, and easy to work with throughout. I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone going through a serious negotiation and wanting expert guidance that actually moves the needle.

Exactly What I Needed at a Pivotal Career Moment
Working with Brandon was one of the best decisions I made during my negotiation process for a Senior Enterprise AE role at Oracle. What stood out most was having a built-in champion who always available and who brought confidence/clarity to the table.
Brandon knew when to challenge my assumptions and push me to think bigger, and just as importantly, when to listen and support me as I stepped in to make judgment calls based on relationships and long-term goals. That balance was invaluable.
He helped me navigate a nuanced negotiation with a large, established tech company while preserving — and in some cases strengthening — my relationship with the hiring manager. I walked away with a meaningfully improved package and, more importantly, confidence that I made the right decision for my career.
