The plant was for my granddaughter-in-law’s birthday and because of the late delivery she received the present six days late. She was thrilled with the plant and is looking forward to it flowering.

Package arrived 2 days late, plant was dirty upon arrival (spilled). Not ideal for mother day’s.

I reported a broken pot delivery with a plant that was “broken in places” that I thought would bounce back. I sent a few pictures. The replacement for the planter was placed by customer service directly.it arrived while I was out of state at a college graduation. Got home today with box delivered. Found an email requesting confirmation I had received the order. Very easy process. Always enjoy dealing with The Sill!
