Ordered a fig tree and some soil and the soil was placed ON TOP of the tree leaves, crushing and damaging all of the baby ones

Half the pottery I purchased *2 of 4* broke during shipment. The ones shipped with the plants were beautifully and securing packaged. They arrived perfectly. The two sent independently were poorly packaged and arrived shattered- I threw them away and quickly got replacements so plants the lived. I was quite surprised how poorly these were packaged. I also ordered 4 stands; only 2 came. Ordered a lemon care kit that never came. The plants are great, though. If the future, I will just order plants and the plants are so great that I would order again despite a poor first experience

Overall a great experience! Ordering was made simple because of the zone information. Once I placed the order, excellent communication was provided about tracking and delivery. My DIL was thrilled with her plant. I will definitely order from The Sill again.

Plants arrived in great condition and very promptly.

Long time untill delivery

Two expensive plants arrived with broken and shattered pots. One plant was stuffed into the pot with wet paper so that it could not be removed. A 4-year old could have done better. The quality has really slipped. Not using anymore. C King
