I got two beautiful orchids, they both came in looking amazing. One of them in about 2 days, lost all its flowers and blossoms. When I contacted support, they were very understanding, they asked for photos of confirmation. Once I showed proof of the estate of the orchid, they sent me a brand new one. So, yes they are saying the truth in their policy, if the plant is not happy they will give you a new one. The or hide I ordered both are gorgeous and look even better than the pictures they have in their website. I will recommend this business to anyone. You won’t regret getting plants from here, and I will be buying more plant in the future :)
