Ik heb via de officiele site het pakket gekocht. Aanbieding: 49 Euro voor levenslang gebruik. Ik mocht het pakket na betaling niet downloaden. Ik moest eerst een account aanmaken. Dat lukte, maar vervolgens kon ik niet inloggen. Hoewel ik zeker ben het goede wachtwoord te hebben gebruikt, heb ik toch een nieuw wachtwoord aangevraagd. Geen mail om mijn wachtwoord te resetten, ook niet in de spam. Ik heb het in 3 uur, ook 3 keer geprobeerd. Geen enkele reactie. Ik kan niet beoordelen of het pakket zelf mooi of goed is... alleen dat het betalen heel makkelijk gaat en dat ik vervolgens geen produkt krijg.
