Service was EXCELLENT! Had to make some pick up changes and they were very kind and accommodating!

I was going down to Disney with my mom for a quick trip. I wanted seamless transportation that was easy and direct, as we arrived in the evening and did not want to rideshare at that hour. We were greeted at the ground transportation with a professional who took our bags brought up out to a private looking exit. He offered waters, opened the doors. There was little candies and they provide car seats if needed. Brought us right to our resort building. It was wonderful! We recieved the same service on way home with another driver who was equally as professional. I definitely recommend this service for quick and professional service.

Fast, easy, efficient. Good communication and reminders. Flight was delayed for five hours, but the car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived!

We had two rides with Sun Shuttle and were very happy with the service. Booking was quick and easy, and the communication and support beforehand were excellent. Both drivers were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The vehicles were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. They even provided complimentary sodas and candy, which was a really nice touch. We would definitely book with Sun Shuttle again and can highly recommend them!

Customer service was excellent, communication was perfect, driver was friendly and welcoming, the car was a full size SUV, plenty of room, it was clean and comfortable. Price was also extremely competitive for this service level.

Claudia was so friendly and helpful! She not only made us feel welcome but she made everything so easy! The car was comfortable and clean and the disney music was such a nice touch! It was really great to not have to travel far to leave baggage claim. It was worth every penny and I will 100% be utilizing them again! Thank you so much for the fantastic experience!

Awesome experience! Came in by baggage claim. Carried luggage out. Stopped at Publix for us to pick up food pre ordered. Awesome car and personality. No complaints. Better than what we expected. Gave us a water too.
