service was good I was just very frustrated with the computer its self I am irritated that the virus protection that came with the computer allowed it to mess up as soon as we started the computer. they should come with the proper protection to begin with instead I had to come out of pocket another 130 dollars because it messed up from the start but tech support was very helpful and patient.
