I was having cough because my dust…
I was having cough because my dust allergies kicked up. I didn't want to go to doctor and take medicines just because of this. I found out about the alma juice from my near by indian store. I immediately got it as alma is rich in vitamin c which is essential for immunity. I'm not kidding but by just taking the alma juice regularly twice a day, i started feeling the difference in a couple of days. Within 3-4 days i felt much better and within a week i was feeling just fine and also felt good from inside.
