Complete scam
Complete scam. They will promise something, fail to deliver, then demand more money in order to complete what was originally promised. Do NOT do business with these scammers. They will most likely change their name and find some other slimy ways to scam people, but while their name is webdesignllc, do NOT do business with them.

Hello,
This is a scam comment. The commenter is not a genuine client and has not experienced our services. They are defaming our company.
We have a long and successful track record of honoring our contracts and delivering high-quality work to our clients. We take these allegations very seriously and will be taking legal action against the commenter for defamation.
We encourage our potential clients to do their own research and read reviews from real clients before making a decision about who to work with. We are confident that once you have learned more about our company, you will see that we are a legitimate and trustworthy business.
Thanks

We bought the ecommerce package and…
We bought the ecommerce package and offered to upgrade to the next level which was given unlimited pages. We were told that we would have to purchase a plug in for $1,750 to do what we needed to do, on top of the 1400. So we did some research and this was not the case. We found a developer in one hour that could do it without any "special plug in". End result? They say 100% guarantee satisfaction or your money back. They were rude and unprofessional and said no. No full refund will be given. So major things to know about this company.
After leaving a review about fake address they changed the address from the 10th floor to the 5th floor. The attorney at the building has been contacted and they confirmed no such business exist in the building.
They lie to try to get extra money out of you and will not refund you. This is a scam website.

Dear Noah,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to provide excellent service and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify some points regarding your review.
Firstly, you initially purchased our Beginner’s Package, which costs $695, not $1,400. Upon receiving your package, you requested an upgrade to the next level, which included unlimited pages, unlimited products, and a Conceptual and Dynamic Website. The cost for this upgrade was $1,700, as transparently communicated during our discussions.
We understand you decided to consult with another developer who provided a solution without the need for a special plugin. While we respect your choice, our upgrade prices are based on the comprehensive services and quality we offer. You were refunded in line with our policies after deciding to switch to a competitor.
Regarding our address, we are indeed located at 100 Bayview Circle, 5th Floor, Suite 230, Newport Beach, CA 92660. The change in floor level mentioned in your review was a result of an internal office relocation and was promptly updated to reflect our current location accurately.
We stand by our commitment to 100% satisfaction guaranteed and are sorry you felt our team was unprofessional. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve our services further.
Additionally, we noticed that your review history includes several negative reviews about different companies. We encourage constructive feedback and are always open to addressing any concerns directly to ensure a positive outcome for all our clients.
Thank you for your understanding.

Run!
This is by far the worst company I have done business with in my 40+ years. This company does not honor their contracts and will hold your project hostage until you pay them more money. In addition this “company” is not registered with the BBB and has no registered business license according to the California Secretary of State’s office. This is only a few of many things wrong with this place! Do not use them!!!!
I am very much a legitimately scammed customer by your company not a scam comment by any means. I speak these truths with 100% proof. I stand by my claims. The only illegal part in any of this is this company. If you are truly registered with either entity then I would like to know Under what business name.
