No one ever contacted me. Had no help. Lost no weight. Cost me 2100.00 and got nothing!

The product works
The product works, I received my first month. Hoping I will get the next shipment before too long. Can not reach anyone, I have tried it all phone, email ….. no answer! Disappointed customer service!!! I can’t even long on to my account!!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Took a month to get my order. Left messages after messages about my order, was told it was being shipped out which wasn’t true.

Medication scam. Delivers one month of meds than disappears then
They sold me a course of medication for 6 months and said that they would ship each month as I requested my refills. With this"deal", they offered 0% financing through Affirm with payment over 12 months. I agreed. I got my first month of meds and now I am unable to reach anyone at the company. This company sells a scam and then completely disappears with no way to contact a real person and no response to emails or text messages

Very dissatisfied!
My order arrived, and I immediately had questions about it. Haven’t used the product yet as I’ve been trying to get answers for two weeks since then, but nobody will answer my emails or texts - and the phone number provided appears to have been disconnected. Questioning whether this business is legit?
