Super easy from start to finish. Staff were helpful, kind and courteous. They gave an honest review and evaluation of my submitted phones and I am happy with the payment we received. I highly recommend using them for your needs and we will definitely use them again. Bryan was wonderful! Thank you again

They stole my phone. The claim they take phones with a bad esn but they said they would have to return it to the carrier.
Response from The Whiz Cells· Apr 4, 2023
It is illegal for us to purchase devices that are reported lost/stolen. As it is laid out on our website multiple times, we do not purchase lost/stolen devices and they are turned in so the carrier can return them to the rightful owner.

I sold them my OnePlus 9 pro, they quoted $140 which was a better price than anyone else. The accepted the phone and emailed me to say the order was complete and payment made to PayPal, couple days later I confirmed money was in paypal, all great so far, then a few days later I get an email from PayPal informing me that Whiz Cells has cancelled the payment! I sent several emails and use their "contact us" link on their site to find out why they cancelled and how to get payment and they have not responded to any of the emails or site contacts Order # 165722

We can not reverse a transaction once sent in PayPal. Anyone that knows about PayPal knows that a completed transaction is done. If people could send payments and then take them back it would be the wild wild west. PayPal said they reversed the payment based of possible fraulent activities with this account. There is nothing we an do about their account. Furthermore, we have reviewed our email accounts and have not received any communication with this person. We have however, emailed them at both email accounts we have to offer payment either to PayPal again or through another means of payment. To this date, we have not heard from them. We sent an email 3 days ago, the same day this review was left. This really is a review of PayPal moreso that our company. We fulfilled our part but again, would be happy to pay them another way since this transaction was reversed by PayPal. An update to this one. The seller contacted us and we resent their payment to PayPal as they requested and it went through. The said they would update this review but have not. They were paid as promised both times.

This the second time I have used TheWhizCells and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I sold them an iPad. I sent it out the same day as when I received the USPS label. It was delivered in a timely manner and they picked it up on the same morning it was delivered. I got paid within hours for the exact amount I was quoted when I listed my iPad. I 100% recommend TheWhizCells!!!

I am full of regret for reselling my cell phone to them. I was scammed and ripped off. I’m a busy professional and don’t have time to post on an app like Next Door and do a sale transaction in person. I opted for selling online for the convenience of it. They quoted me $100 for a $1,000 apple phone (which was already too low) that was in mint condition and less than a year and a half old that was mostly used by an elderly relative after I upgraded. According them it had flaws such as scratches on the screen which is impossible because it was handled with care by an adult - not a teenager. They lowered their offer to $35 based on phony issues. I’m about to cry right now because I know they lied. I feel taken advantage of and violated. Beware and DO NOT USE.

They promised me $470 for my brand new in box Galaxy S22. When I sent it to them, they told me it was factory locked with unpaid bills (a lie), wrong model (a lie), and they offered me $152 for it. After a lot of bad noise and arguing, they increased their offer to $330. Ridiculous. I told them to return the phone to me. Most of the 5-star reviews on Google are fake. You can easily tell, because they are people with American sounding names who make obvious and ignorant grammatical mistakes that real Americans do not make. These people don't even answer their phone, and the phone number provided is a google voice account, not a real business line. Very sketchy. Don't waste your time with this company, their word is worth nothing.

This seller was given a quote of $470 for a new in box, sealed S22 128gb on May 20th 2022. We received the phone today, August 29th 2022. The phone was also not sealed in the box. The buyer has been extremely aggressive as you can see in the screenshot of our emails here https://www.screencast.com/t/08HDj2Vh8x Here is a screenshot of the email on May 20th with the quote of $470 with the stated condition https://www.screencast.com/t/sq4yrBsaT The phone was returned the same day it arrived. USPS Tracking Number: 9400111202530326530809 This person is spamming everywhere he can find. He is trying to blackmail us to pay a quote he received 3 months ago and not in the condition he said it was. We would also add that this person has left a lot of businesses 1-star reviews on Google. They do not seem to be happy with anyone.
