So please forgive me for taking the liberty to make my review broader in scope.

It was easy to enroll, 3 year fix rate, no opt in fee, or early termination fees, no separate billing. Best of all I'm saving money on my electric supply bill each month! I'm so glad I signed up!!!

Can never get an answer from customer service. Emailed several times and never heard back.
