The representative went above and beyond! I misheard a quote another representative gave me earlier and the new rep went back and listened to the recorded conversation from previous rep. Again, I misheard but the rep was so gracious to check. I renewed my contract with ease and confidence.

Excellent customer service, found after the initial contract their rates have not been as competitive as other suppliers, usually $0.01-$0.02 more no matter what contract length option.

Excellent customer service. I called in to see if i can have my rate changed to a lower price, so the sales representative price matched me with another competitor. Very professional sales rep, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
