Efficient service and delivery. The glasses are perfect for travelling and fitting into a pocket or small bag. I received the wrong glasses case in error, however, customer service promptly acknowledged my enquiry and sent a replacement.

I have had multiple pairs of ThinOptics and carry them everywhere!! The reason for this review is not just because the ultra thin glasses are so good - but a recent pair had a hinge break on the case after only a few months. Mistakes can happen - but their recovery was fantastic.... good quick comms with support (thanks Ian!) and a replacement case sent straight away without question or charge. Really good service to back up a really good product.

I can't do without the ThinOptics readers! I've been using them for over 10 years and continue to wear them out or lose a pair and buy more. The convenient phone case attachment has made me ever more dependent on them! People always ask where I got them.

I use my nose readers every day several times a day and having them handy on my key fob chain inside their contact carry case is so convenient. They’re part of my daily apparel now.
