My experience seems to be a common theme - over 12 months ago I complained about delivery and sour milk. Due to lack of response to my request for a detailed brakedown of the DD amount I cancelled my direct debit and a cancellation fee was added. I never cancelled my agreement just the DD until the amount was clarified. I never had that or resolution to my complaint until I got a letter today asking for the money. I emailed why I don’t owe anything so hopefully I will get a response and I can update this to a good review

Great service from Thomson Dairies right from the start when set delivery up. Milk arrives exactly when says it will and direct debit all works perfectly. Always get back to me by email same day if I have a query. Excellent service and great oat milk too!!
