Game changer - takes away 85% of the pain in my neck and shoulders. I can finally train again thanks to CBD. Great service and products from Thoughtcloud. I have to ship from US to Uk - takes a few days but always arrives.

Their products are pretty good, but customer service is terrible! I have written 3 emails, none of which have been replied to for almost 3 weeks. I ordered BOGO products during their Memorial Day sale, but the BOGO never appeared in my cart. I kept thinking they would do that at the end, or maybe the BOGO items would just show up with the order, but no. The only reason I ordered those specific items was because of the BOGO. I have no further plans to order from this store if this is their business practice (i.e. ignoring emails, not following through with their sale price, etc.) I’m very disappointed :/ Would not recommend based on this.

Ordering is easy, the explanation of products is clear and delivery quick.

Thoughtcloud is the BEST place to get CBD😍 they have so many different ways to take CBD, I’ve tried most if not all of them and I’m yet to be disappointed! I recently got an order through Thought Cloud, there was an issue with the order. I called Customer Service, and they were able to rectify the problem. They are a great company to buy from, and I appreciate them for the Full Spectrum CBD oil, 750mgs. I’m completely satisfied with Thought Cloud.
