Molly was great!
Molly was great! Extremely responsive! She made the process better. The artwork took multiple takes since the colors were not matching my brand.

Greats shirts, great service, slow turn around
The customer service (especially Molly) is top-notch. The only improvement I see would be the turn around time. This is the triple the time I have have waited for customer shirts compared to other vendors.

I initially had a bad taste with…
I initially had a bad taste with threadfellows, as I saw all of the bad reviews after ordering, which led me to push their support a little bit more. But, honestly, the delivery was within timeline, considering I got blanks and no embroidery service, I think that they were super transparent with me and delivered whenever they said they would. Quality of the hats are great, thanks for this threadfellows. Looking forward to working with you again.
