WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. SAFE CAME DAMAGED MISSING PARTS AND THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE YOU $389 TO SHIP IT BACK MOST LIKELY TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY (YOU KNOW WHO)

According to the email record, the safe arrived in good condition without any scratches and damages , you also have sent picture to proof that, the missed accessories are one external battery box and 4 feet which used to replace the wheels , after we received your email , we have sent out the accessories already , the actual reason for the returning is that you choose the wrong size which you have said it clearly in the email, if the safe with no damages and quality problem , specially you have opened the safe already, client need to pay for the returning fee and restocking fee, please undrestand that Tigerking safe never sell returned and secondary safe , since you opened the safe, the safe will be not sell-able after returning

Delivery company completely ignored all my corresponcence despite the package requiring a signature. Be prepared to take off work to accept delivery.

The result was excellent, but I really don’t like not able to communicate via phone with the person so it took quite a bit longer to receive my keys because of the lack of communication via telephone

The ordering process seemed easy enough. We received the safe and the white glove setup was great. I must have made a mistake because I did not receive the tactical or gun version of the safe that I thought I ordered. I got the one with the hooks. I like the safe, so I’ll work with it.
