Ordered another TiGr keyed to match my other TiGr I’ve had for years. Lightweight, easy to use, and looks super cool too. A great product!

The lock got stuck in customs so delivery took about a month in total and got hit with significant additional taxes. Good lock, but wouldn't recommend buying it if you're not in the US (Not sure why Tigr is arguing with the comments, but even if their facts are off - I ordered on Aug 6th, and got in Aug 30th - we are in agreement: good lock, long delivery, and big customs charges if you're in Europe, and all of this is within expectations for them)

In principle everything was OK, but the shipping method caused a delivery period of more than a month. Result was that we had to leave abroad, using our locks, but without spare keys.

Thanks for the order and for posting a review. In this case, we shipped the custom key order within 48 hours via the postal service. Shipping via postal service is the least expensive method by a wide margin, but international shipping times can be hard to predict. Shipping to an address outside of the US can take over a month. Please send a note to [email protected] if you’d like to discuss other shipping methods. To anyone considering placing an order on tigrlock.com, please review the shipping information page: https://tigrlock.com/pages/shipping-information Per that page, for shipments to addresses outside of the US, “Delivery time ranges from 1-3 weeks for international delivery in most cases, but can take over 4 weeks depending on customs and the local carrier who will make ultimate delivery”

First of all, I loved my TiGr BLUE mini+ so much that I decided to order another with a keyed alike cylinder. Somehow my keyed alike cylinder order got screwed up and it wasn't delivered to me. However, one quick email to TiGr and it was sorted out. They got the cylinder in the mail the same day.

Lock/cylinder had to be replaced. Not happy.

Thanks for being a TiGr user and thanks for the review. A shot of WD-40 into the key mechanism from time-to-time and/or as needed will help reduce wear and keep things functioning smoothly,
