Double charged postage and tik tok couldnt care less, said the seller didnt set the correct options and they refused to do anything about it! What the hell is this type of service

Esperienza pessima. Il pacco non è mai arrivato, ma TikTok Shop sembra considerare la cosa un problema del cliente. Mi chiedono addirittura prove assurde, come filmati delle telecamere di sicurezza che non esistono, trasformando un semplice mancato recapito in un processo. Tutela del cliente praticamente zero. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare su TikTok Shop.

They asked me to link with their TikTok shop to start earnIng from monetisation after hitting 1k+ followers > asked to choose a category > I chose Pet Supplies because of my content > They asked me to choose a product > I chose Doggy nail clippers > Do a video and get a free sample to start earning > Click yes to the nail clippers and receive an immediate policy violation! > I make an appeal and send a photo of their very own offer > 'Violation enforced notice'! > 'Make an appeal?' > I make the appeal and receive an automatic 'Termination of e-commerce permissions' > THERE WAS NO HUMAN INTERACTION AND THERE IS ACTUALLY NO EXPLANATION AT ANY POINT OF WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE WRONG BY FOLLOWING THEIR OWN OFFER TO ME!!!! TIKTOK YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT OTHERWISE YOUR PLATFORM IS GOING TO FAIL WITH ANY NEW USER!!!!

Don’t buy from them. My item was delivered to my neighbour who we are in dispute with. Cannot get item back from him and police have advised us not to speak with them. All I’m getting from tik tok is it was delivered to your address provided. It wasn’t!! It states on the delivery that it was left with a neighbour!! £130 for a shark carpet cleaner I don’t have.

They are fraud scammers they are not giving my full refund back as they have given only semi refund even I was promised to get it back they are now debating it even ticket was opend they don't respond to that either scumbags.

I ordered luggage bag few months ago never received my delivery I didn’t get a refund .Not happy at all .

Terrible customer service- my order was delivered to the wrong address but the person who took the order gave it back to the delivery driver who returned it to tik tok. Tik tok saying it was delivered and no way for me to send them the inpost email I had received to say it was on the way back! They refused my request for refund - it went on for a while then I contacted PayPal who sorted it out for me Will not use again
