Timberplates was extremely…
Timberplates was extremely disappointing. I ran into the same types of problems other customers have reported, particularly with the order/product issues, shipping condition, and the way problems were handled afterward. The biggest concern for me was that when there was a problem with the order, getting a satisfactory resolution was difficult. I also found the return/refund situation frustrating. Timberplates openly states that its plates are cut to order and that it generally does not accept returns, which makes it especially important that the product information, specifications, and order are completely clear before payment.I also noticed that other customers have reported receiving incorrect brackets or products that did not match the website images/specifications, as well as scratched or damaged items after shipping. One verified 2-star customer specifically described incorrect brackets, shipping damage, surface rust, and dissatisfaction with the resolution. Another review described shipping as “horrible.”That was very concerning because Timberplates markets itself around precision, quality, customer service, and reliable delivery. Its website also promotes “industry leading customer service and support” and highlights its 4.9 Trustpilot rating.I’m not saying every customer will have this experience, and clearly many people have been satisfied. But based on my experience and the similar complaints I found, I would be very cautious, especially with custom or expensive orders. Make absolutely sure the specifications are correct and understand the return/refund limitations before paying. For me, the product/order problems and the difficulty getting a satisfactory resolution were enough to make this a 1-star experience.

We do not show any order by a person with this name. A scam company took our url with an s added at the end. They added our contact information and people have bought stuff thinking it was us. We self products for construction. We do not sell home goods.
