The guy I worked with was nice. I'm pissed because I have 200 TimeClick clients and there isn't a public download for minor releases of supported TimeClick Workstation installers. Every time I setup a new computer I'm faced with either upgrading the server to the latest version and then updating 200 clients to match the latest client.

Purchased for $300 USD online 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication on how to download the program that we wanted to start using right away. I have emailed twice, tried to use the chat (always busy), and still no response at all.
