I’m glad my timeshare is over with and no longer have to pay anything anymore. But I’m not happy at all that my credit was not protected as I told told it would be. I was going to buy a new car and when the dealership ran my credit the timeshare popped up as a negative. I was told my credit would be protected but if I would of known my credit would be damaged badly I would of just kept my timeshare and kept my credit score in the excellent range.

This was a fantastic company. Five stars. They resolved my timshare problem totally with zero effect on my bank or credit scores and zero problems with nasty letters or calls from the timeshare company or its collection people. The process took time and required patience, but this company regularly kept me up to date with progress reports, and always were just a phone call away when I had a question. I anticipated a much more painful process, but it really was very smooth and virtually effortless.

After being railroaded into our timeshare it looked as though we were never going to find a way out and then we heard about timeshare compliance it was nothing but sheer joy to finally get out of it timeshare compliance was very good always telling us what was going on keep in touch with us throughout the whole process and they guarantee that they would get us out or there would be a refund they got us out with no problem and I am very very happy to infuse them I would highly recommend timeshare compliance to anyone needing to get out of a timeshare I can't express the Gratitude I have for timeshare compliance the money that we've saved over the life of that timeshare is tremendous to be out from under it is such a relief and such a burden to get rid of I'm very thankful for timeshare compliance

Yes, they got us out of our timeshare, but we had no other option than to accept a very expensive loss (we got nothing and the timeshare group got everything). No assistance in acquiring the known tax documents to rectify the tax bill that we were victimized by for a second time. The timeshare group kept all of our money (tens of thousands), the timeshare compliance group got paid well by us too, and we still ended up having to claim the owed balance as income on our taxes. Thanks for nothing!!

Unfortunately, it does not happen often which is detailed in the service agreement you signed. We can not advise clients on tax documents, that is why we refer you to speak to a CPA.
