I was pleasantly surprised at my result… mainly because I chose a 2yr old photo of 1st great-grandchild and not athe typical baby photo shoot. Thank you
Response from TinySnap· May 12, 2026
Dear Cynthia, This is so special to read ❤️❤️❤️ Using a photo of your first great-grandchild at 2 years old instead of a typical baby portrait makes it feel even more personal and unique ✨ We’re really happy the result surprised you in a good way - those unexpected little moments are the best 😊❤️ Emily @TinySnap

Everything seems pretty good and straight forward so far, only downside is after photo generates, I can't seem to download the photo
Response from TinySnap· May 12, 2026
Dear Roni, Thank you for sharing this ❤️ We’re really glad everything has felt easy and straightforward overall ❤️❤️ For downloading, simply click the Download button on the portrait. If you’re on a phone, it might open in a new screen - simply press and hold the image, then select Save Image 😊 You can also click the Gift 🎁 icon to download an upscaled 1K or 4K version that’s ready for printing and framing ✨ Hope that helps - and if you run into any issues, we’re always happy to help 🙏 And if something is not clear - just drop us an email at [email protected] Emily @TinySnap
