So slow and unrelible
So slow and unrelible. Much slower than it used to be, deeply frustrating if you have a number of links to make. Used it for years and loved it but now switching.

Hi JoMat, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. It's especially disappointing to hear this from someone who's used TinyURL for years. We understand how frustrating it is when creating links becomes slower than expected, particularly if you're working through them in volume. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what you've experienced. If you're willing, could you contact our support team with a few details such as when you noticed the slowdown, the browser or device you were using, and whether it occurred while creating links or during redirects? That information would help us identify whether you're encountering a specific issue that we can address. Thank you again for your years of support. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to better understand what happened and improve your experience.
