Timeliness of delivery

Shopping experience was easy and secure shipping but order communication was lacking. Tracking numbers and regular update were never sent.

The company didn't ship my product until I asked them for an update. By that point it had been two weeks from my order date. I had to do this for each individual bottle ordered and one went out of stock during the process(4 bottles total). Customers shouldn't have to ask for their paid order to ship with every product every time.

Great prices on items not easily available in this area. I noticed rating were mostly 5's and 1's, with 5's being for great deals and the 1's concerning shipping. I was not concerned with the time it took to ship, so this was a non-factor. The great deal was of importance to me. I can't find The Beverly around here and the Blanton Gold was over a hundred dollars less than around here.

I purchased a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne from them, and the courier service, SpeedEx, not only delivered the wrong item but also thought it appropriate to ring my doorbell multiple times on Saturday at around 7:00 a.m., waking up my entire household. Never again.

Although I ordered two bottles, they apparently only had 1 available and the other was cancelled. However, once that issue was sorted out the process went smooth and bottle was shipped out and delivered as promised by UPS.

Great selection, very reasonable prices, quick shipping, free shipping (with minimum purchase amoun), frequent discounts. Has become my go-to for restocking my whiskey supply
