I never received my order. A delivery attempt was made when I was not at home, and I have heard nothing since.

I loved the way you packed my order, ensuring protection. I am use to getting this at a much lower price on this order but that requires me to go on a military base to do so. But I love having you as an option. You do a great job at what you do.

Ridiculously long shipping time. Still not delivered!! Very poor customer service.

Ordered 12/12 based on the website stating my order would be delivered before Christmas and paid for the shipping suggested. I wish I took a screenshot. Almost 5 days went by with no action on my order, so I sent an email. Only after my email I see that my order status was updated and than 3 more days went by before it was handed over to UPS and I still did not receive a response to my 2nd email asking for shipping updates, so I could decide whether to cancel and possibly get the gift somewhere else. Now my package is expected 12/30 which is well beyond Christmas. I will not order from this company again.
