Order takes way way way too long to process and ship

Father's Day gift will not arrive until 6/20. More than pissed off!

I placed an order Saturday June 8th. Tuesday June 11th i emailed customer service to see when they could estimate shipped. they said June 13. within the hour on the 11th i received a tracking number. As of now, June 14th the label is created but still not at UPS with an estimated delivery date. i emailed customer service again to see why it's not with UPS but have not heard back. I wish you allowed for expedited shipping. now this order may be received after the date needed.

Delivery was fast and I got just what I wanted in good care. Package was wrapped very well, theres no complaints for me. This will be my go to all the time thanks tipxy now all I need is a nice coupon lol.

I received a leaking bottle and they replaced it quickly. Great customer service.

shipment never left and no communication

I ordered products from them 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I am wondering if this is a legit site. It already made me nervous that they don't accept PayPal.
