I'll let you know when my order arrives. Over a week now and no indication that it has even shipped. Communication sucks!!!! Never again as they say. I hope at this point I get this order delivered and accurately. Have my doubts!!

Customer service to help cancel orders I booked wrong.

I never got a tracking number. Never got an email saying my order shipped. One of my items was missing off of the order and only got a credit AFTER I asked about it. Terrible communication. Buyer beware.

I don't appreciate being asked to review a product or service that hasn't be delivered yet. That being said everything was received in order. Took about 10 business days so I'm sure glad it's been cold lately. I was worried about a bottle sitting in a truck for 10+ days from Cali to FL but it worked out so props.

Very slow and inefficient process with very delayed delivery compared to other online companies when dealing with bourbon acquisition online. Most other services delivered within days not 2 weeks. Still have not received my order.
